1. Our Commitment
We aim to minimize the environmental impact of our operations, from product design through to end-of-life disposal, and to comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations in Greece and the European Union.
2. Product Longevity and Reliability
Our Church Assistant™ and BellStriker™ are engineered for long service life and reliability, including features such as BellGuard™ protection. Designing for durability, rather than disposability, is one of the most effective ways we reduce electronic waste over time.
3. Electronics Compliance (WEEE & RoHS)
We aim for our electronic products to align with the EU Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive and the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive, which restrict the use of certain hazardous materials and promote the responsible collection, reuse, and recycling of electronic equipment.
4. Packaging and Waste Reduction
We work to keep packaging materials to what is necessary to protect products during worldwide shipping, and we favor recyclable materials where possible. We continually look for opportunities to reduce packaging waste without compromising product safety in transit.
5. Energy Efficiency
Our bell-ringing strikers are already highly energy efficient by nature: there is no standby power draw, as the product only consumes energy for the fraction of a second it takes to operate. We continue to look for ways to make each new version of our systems even more efficient.
6. Responsible Disposal
We encourage customers and installers to dispose of any replaced or decommissioned electronic equipment through appropriate local WEEE collection points, rather than general waste, wherever such facilities are available.
7. Continuous Improvement
Environmental responsibility is an ongoing process. We periodically review our materials, suppliers, and processes as we grow, looking for practical ways to further reduce our environmental impact.
